How many pounds of honey makes 50 gallons? Was that too sweet? Is that cinnamon? No? You just throw the ginger in there raw or? How about a nice melomel. So how long does it sit? Fireweed, clover, pumpkin blossom, buckwheat...A brew diary! Are we carbonating it? I like mine dry. You know the taste does not change whether it's in a wine glass or a pint glass.
